Managed the initial design, financial target setting, cost estimation, sourcing, FMEA, and test planning for the Liftgate Appliques of the Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator.
Door Cladding for China Market (2010-2011)
Modified the design of the door cladding molding of the Ford Escape for the Chinese Market
Redesign of a Cowl Vent Grille (2011)
Redesigned the cowl vent grille (also known as the leafscreen) for the Ford Fusion when a water ingestion issue was discovered at the prototype stage
Quality, Robustness and Failure Mode Analysis Templates for Automotive Exterior Trim Components (2010-2011)
The idea behind this project was to create comprehensive quality, robustness and failure mode analysis templates for the components developed by the exterior trim team.

Design of a Data Analysis System for the Cornell Ranger Bipedal Walking Robot (2008)
The Cornell Ranger is a bipedal walking robot that uses passive dynamics to achieve a very high energy efficiency. The main goal of my project was to design a tool to simplify the data visualization and data analysis for our team.
Conversion of a manual benchtop mill into an automated CNC machine (2005)
Designed and implemented a system to turn a manual bench top mill into an automated CNC machine using Linux, stepping motors and micro-stepping oscillator drives for higher accuracy
Design of an Urban Wind Turbine (2004)
The objective of this project was to design for a wind turbine suited for the urban and environmental conditions of Mexico.

Vecna Robot Race Autonomous Robot (2016)
First Place winner for it’s category. This robot is a modified version of it’s 2015 counterpart. Additions to the design include a 3D printed gripper designed to hold a Solo Cup, a dedicated motor controller board, and magnetic encoders attached to the wheel motors.

Sensor-Activated Bouncing Robot (2015)
Created during the BerkleyX Electronic Interfaces MOOC, the robot bounces using two weighted DC motors connected to springs. The purpose of this robot was to develop the different electronic circuits to control it and actuate it.
