New Product Engineer

  • Lead all phases of new product development from design concept through Production Test Run and assist the manufacturing team with the launch quantity production phase
  • Liaised with large teams (corporate product development, manufacturing engineers, CAD technicians, model-makers, manufacturing subject matter experts, technical services, quality assurance and operations) to develop products that meet design criteria, utilizing the most efficient manufacturing process and applying engineering principles and statistical tools
  • Created all project and product data management information including cost estimates, bills of materials, routings, work instructions, specifications, and images for 5 new product collections

NUTONIAN INC. (2012 – 2016)

  • Benchmarked, tested and supported the company’s core data analysis application and services

  • Managed the development of injection molded components of global vehicle programs, from design concept through full product launch
  • Resolved the water leakage issue on the new Fusion, that saved more than $1 million annually
